IC 7495 Pin Diagram, Internal Circuit, Truth Table
IC 7495 is a shift register IC. It is also known as IC74LS95. It is a 4-bit device and has both serial and parallel synchronous operating modes. The left and right shifts are operated by separate clocks. The R-shift is operated by clock 1 and the left shift is operated by clock 2. You can also see the mode control terminal is connected to the AND gate which is also connected to the Clock 2 terminal. The four outputs have come from four RS Flip Flop Circuits. You can see that the mode control terminal is connected through the clamp diodes. These clamp diodes helped to limit the high-speed termination effect. Here, all the shifts and parallel loads are synchronous.
